However first, pin both layers of seam allowances together, it means, pin the layers of fabric together along the paper pattern edges. Then take your tailor's shears and cut out skirt fabric pieces along the outer edges of the seam allowances. Please Note: Click on photo to see a larges size.

Then remove paper pattern pieces and pins that are used to pin up the paper pattern pieces and fabric together.

Then use ruler and a sliver of soap and draw stronger center back seam line and back dart lines.

Then transfer back dart lines from one back panel to other back panel, use pins, ruler and a sliver of soap.

This has been done, both back darts are drawn. Then use ruler and a sliver of soap and draw stronger side seam lines.

Then use ruler and a sliver of soap and draw stronger front dart lines.

Then transfer front dart lines from one side of front panel to other side of front panel, use pins, ruler and a sliver of soap.

This has been done, both front darts are drawn.
