Use a sewing machine and sew along the side seam lines (left and right). Please Note, when you sew thin fabric or knits, then you can do as I to use baking paper, it helps to sew seam lines. Please Note: Click on photo to see a larges size.

Then use a sewing machine and sew along the center back seam line, sew from the bottom of zipper area to the top of vent area. 

Only after the center back seam is sewn, do not remove the basting thread from the center back seam line yet.

Then use a sewing machine and sew front and back darts, sew along the dart side line.

Then remove the basting threads.

This has been done. All seams and darts are sewn. All the basting threads are removed. Only the basting thread from the center back seam is currently not removed.
